We opted for Red Kite Construction and Development Ltd and thankfully it proved to be an excellent choice. Our Club had spent many years fundraising for the building and as a registered charity it was very important to us that we could demonstrate to our various contributors that we were getting value for their money. Red Kite enabled us to do just that. The building had to be constructed to exacting specifications imposed by The Football Foundation and other involved parties, this wasn't a problem to Red Kite and they delivered on every aspect. The result was a superbly appointed building handed over on time and within budget. Steve Hair and his team showed excellent attention to detail and kept myself and my fellow trustees informed of developments throughout the process.
