Red Kite Construction & Development Ltd was formed in 2006.  Having spent 25 years working on landmark projects throughout the North East for one of the UK's foremost construction company's owner Steve Hair decided to utilise his vast experience and numerous contacts to make his own mark on construction in the region.  Steve brings a very hands on approach to Red Kite, personally overseeing every contract to ensure each client's requirements and expectations are met.

Operating from Brunswick Industrial Estate in Newcastle Red Kite deliver quality construction projects on-time and within budget regardless of contract size or duration.

After generating a turnover of £1.5m in a highly successful first year the company continues to grow in a controlled fashion.  Diversity and a strong client focus are the keys to Red Kite's ongoing success.  By offering services to the commercial and domestic construction sectors the company are ideally placed to thrive despite the fluctuating fortunes of individual sectors. 

Red Kite's portfolio ranges from the completion of a £15,000 office/shop refurbishment to the construction of a £400,000 sports pavilion.  Clients continue to be impressed by Red Kite's approach and as a result the company's reputation goes from strength to strength.
